GMAT scores ending in 0 are from the previous edition of the test. The previous (10th) edition was scored 200–800; those scores are not comparable with the 205–805 scale.

How do I get started with TestPrep USA?

Request a free consultation with the form on the contact page. A free consultation to go through your goals, your timeline and the options. It is not a lesson and not a test. How your starting point is assessed depends on the program: SAT, GMAT, GRE, IELTS, TOEFL and PTE start with a free practice test in the current format, taken before the plan is written. IB, AP and IGCSE have no equivalent single test, so the first lesson assesses your level against your own recent work — that lesson is paid at the normal rate, not a free trial. For ACT, LSAT, SSAT, UCAT, LNAT, IMAT and A Level, how your starting point is reviewed is agreed at the free consultation.

What qualifications do your tutors have?

Can you work with students in different time zones?

Yes. All teaching is live and online, so you can join from anywhere. One-to-one lessons are scheduled with you, in US time zones. Group courses follow a fixed timetable; where one is published, the course page shows it in Pacific and Eastern time.

How much will my score improve?

We do not publish an average improvement: it depends on your starting point, your test date and the work between lessons, and an average across other students says little about yours. No score is guaranteed. The results page lists individual TestPrep Group records — students based in Türkiye, not TestPrep USA students — each with the student's own scores before and after.

What's the difference between one-to-one tutoring and a group course?

One-to-one tutoring is live online lessons of 90 minutes with one tutor, planned around you, and is available for every program. A group course follows a fixed syllabus and timetable in a class of at most 6 students. Group courses run for SAT, ACT, AP, IB Diploma, GMAT, GRE, IMAT, IELTS, TOEFL and PTE Academic; there is no group course for SSAT, LSAT, LNAT, UCAT, IGCSE / GCSE and A Level.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Full (100%) refund if you are not satisfied after your first private lesson, or after the first week of a group course. No score is guaranteed. Results depend on your starting point, your test date and the work between lessons; what we guarantee is the refund above. The binding wording is in the Terms of Service.

What is your cancellation policy?

A private lesson can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before it starts. A lesson cancelled later than that counts as taught and is not refunded, and a lesson whose fee is still unpaid 3 hours before it starts is cancelled automatically.

How much does tutoring cost?

Prices are in US dollars and depend on the exam. A single 90-minute one-to-one lesson costs $65–$100, and packages bring the rate down to as little as $49.50 a lesson (AP, 50-lesson package). Each program's pricing page lists every package.

Where are you based?

TestPrep USA teaches online only; there are no teaching centers. The contracting company is TestPrep LLC, whose registered business address is 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126. TestPrep USA is the US-facing brand of the TestPrep Group, which has taught test preparation since 2008.
